Order Review:
We will review your order and confirm the availability of the plants. To ensure only the highest quality, we may withhold items that don’t meet our standards to avoid any risk.

Confirmation & Shipping:
Once everything is confirmed, we will finalize your order and agree on a shipping date.

Shipping & Import Information:
All plants are shipped bare-root in compliance with import regulations and come with a phytosanitary certificate issued in Thailand.

Important Notice:
Due to extended international transit, plants may experience stress, which can cause yellowing of leaves. These cosmetic issues do not affect the plant’s ability to grow. Please note that yellowing leaves will not qualify for a refund. Imported plants typically require rehabilitation and acclimatization upon arrival.
